The Collection

Where seasonal creativity meets culinary identity.

The Summer Menu Challenge 2025 invited a curated selection of chefs to express summer through menus shaped by memory, geography, craft and technique. This archive keeps those stories together as a reference point for the season.

The Challenge

A summer menu as a personal signature.

Each chef was invited to create a seasonal interpretation that could speak beyond the plate: a menu connected to the restaurant, the city, the landscape and the chef’s own culinary language.

From Bangkok to Oslo, Tokyo, Lisbon, Lima, Shanghai and Athens, the 2025 edition became a map of summer seen through different kitchens.

The Archive

Menus, stories and films gathered in one place.

The page now begins with the chefs and restaurants, then moves into the menu videos, so the reader follows an editorial journey from people and places to dishes in motion.

The Inspired by Design chapter appears at the bottom, where the creative collaborators and design partners can be presented with their own space.

Summer was not treated as a theme. It became a table, a place, a memory and a point of view.
