Job Title: Dim Sum Master Chef

About the Company: This Amazing Modern Chinese restaurant is part of an expanding Hospitality group in Vietnam. The restaurant combines Vintage design, lively colors with Modern Chinese cuisine in a relaxing atmosphere.  Guests are offered a rich Menu including dishes from hand made Dim sums  to famous roasts such as the HongKong’s favourite roasted Goose.

The Company owns two restaurants.

To strenghten the team, we are looking for a Dim Sum Master Chef for a Long term Contract 1 to 2 years, or a Dim Sum Consultant Chef  for 6 months consultancy engagement.

Candidate Specifications:

  • over 7 years experience as a Dim Sum Master Chef
  • knowledge of Wok & BBQ would be a plus
  • English speaking to be able to communicate with an International Team
  • Proven experience in a role as Speciality Dim Sum Chef from a 5 star venue or Upscale Chinese restaurant in London, USA or Sydney.
  • Experience producing authentic Chinese cuisine from following regions – Sichuan, Hunan, Shandong and Cantonese
  • Have a ‘big personality’, great people skills and be able to develop, train and inspire
  • Have a real passion for food and customer service along with bags of enthusiasm
  • Food Innovation and development is essential along with being up to date with current food trends
  • Ability to communicate at all levels
  • Superb culinary skills

  • Excellent organisational skills
  • A ‘Can do’ attitude
  • available on short notice

Salary package & Benefits: Travel expenses, flights paid , Accommodation- one bedroom apartment, Negotiable package depending on the Type of Contract ( Consultancy or Long Term and Candidate’s experience )
