Job Title: Chef de Cuisine

Candidate specifications :

  • at least 10 years experience as a Chef Pan Asian cuisine knowledge including: Japanese, Chinese, Thai, Korean
  • at least 3-4 years experience as a Chef de Cuisine
  • creative and innovative in implementing new menues every 4 to 6 months
  • experimenting with ingredients
  • good English speaking
  • experience in leading and training an International team
  • Pan asian cuisine experience in upscale Restaurant in Europe or Middle East,Asia
  • Excellent people skills and Customer service skills
  • Ability to interact with guests
  • Cost control, Menu design and Development using local ingredients and suppliers
