The Company: This is a Hospitality group owns few Chinese and Pan Asian cuisine restaurants in Vietnam and currently expanding their portfolio to American style- Upscale Steak house in Saigon and Hanoi and Italian restaurants in the same locations.

Job Title: Chef de Cuisine

Type of Restaurant:

  • Upscale Steak House similar to ( ) or ( )
  • 400-500 m2
  • 12 to 15 staff in the kitchen

Starting date: March- April

Type of Contract : 1-2 years with options to be extended

Candidate specifications:

  • minimum 8 years cooking experience
  • minimum 3-4 years experience as a Head Chef/ Chef de Cuisine
  • upscale Steak restaurant background
  • meat and butchery specialist
  • Good people management skills
  • Good people training skills
  • preferable European stand alone restaurant experience


Salary & Benefits package : 

  • 2,500 to 3,500 USD/Net + 300 USD accommodation + 1 Flight ticket per year + Visa and Work permit by the company
