Nestled within the picturesque confines of Amsterdam, our restaurant unfolds over two dynamic floors, each offering a unique ambiance and dining experience. The centerpiece, a captivating stage, ensures that our guests are treated to live music and performances, mirroring the lively spirit of Mediterranean locales such as Jondal in Ibiza and the famed Nammos in Mykonos and Dubai.

Our culinary voyage is anchored in the rich heritage of Mediterranean flavors, seamlessly blending the essence of Greek, Spanish, Italian, and French cuisines. Seafood enthusiasts will find solace in our offerings, with a significant portion of our menu dedicated to the freshest catches from the sea.

Our establishment prides itself on its four distinct kitchens: the FRUIT DE MAR kitchen, which commands the top floor with its exquisite seafood selections; the hot kitchen, where the magic of Mediterranean cooking comes to life; a dedicated sandwich kitchen perched on the mezzanine, and the Mice an Place kitchen, renowned for its freshly made pasta, bread, and pastries. At the helm of this culinary brigade are our Executive and Head Chefs, whose expertise and creativity promise to elevate every dish to a work of art.

Job Description

As we prepare to embark on this culinary journey, we are seeking Chefs de Partie and Demi Chefs de Partie with a passion for Mediterranean fusion cuisine and a dedication to culinary excellence. In this role, you will:

  • Showcase Culinary Expertise: Demonstrate your proficiency in Mediterranean flavors, particularly Greek, Spanish, and Italian cuisines, bringing dishes to life with authenticity and creativity.
  • Drive Innovation: Contribute innovative ideas to our menu, crafting dishes that blend traditional Mediterranean recipes with modern twists.
  • Ensure Seamless Collaboration: Work in harmony with the culinary team across our four specialized kitchens, maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency.
  • Excel in Seafood Preparation: Take pride in managing the FRUIT DE MAR section, displaying exceptional skill in seafood handling and preparation.
  • Facilitate Multi-Level Operations: Collaborate effectively to ensure smooth operations across the different floors of our restaurant, enhancing the dining experience for our guests.


We are looking for culinary professionals who:

  • Have a deep understanding and experience in Mediterranean cuisines, especially Greek, Spanish, and Italian.
  • Possess prior experience in high-profile Mediterranean or fusion restaurants.
  • Are fluent in English to ensure effective team communication.
  • Can thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic restaurant environment.
